18-MONTH WARRANTY FOR LANDWARD EXCAVATORS
Every LANDWARD excavator is supported by an 18-month machine warranty starting from the date the customer receives the machine. If a covered component fails because of a confirmed material or manufacturing defect, LANDWARD will review the claim and provide the corresponding replacement part after approval. Warranty coverage is subject to machine records, operating conditions, maintenance history, and technical review.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE MACHINE WARRANTY?
The warranty applies to covered components that fail because of confirmed defects in materials, manufacturing, or assembly during normal use within the warranty period. Eligibility is evaluated according to the affected component, failure evidence, machine serial number, delivery record, operating hours, application, and maintenance history. Customers should contact LANDWARD before removing, repairing, or replacing the suspected component.
REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR APPROVED CLAIMS
After a warranty claim is approved, LANDWARD will provide the corresponding replacement part free of charge. Labor, technician travel, local repair, equipment rental, downtime losses, and other indirect costs are not automatically included. Shipping, customs, and local handling costs must be confirmed according to the order and claim circumstances. LANDWARD may request the failed part to be retained or returned for inspection.
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact your LANDWARD sales representative, dealer, or after-sales team. Provide the machine model, serial number, date received, order record, operating hours, failure description, and maintenance history. Include clear photos or videos of the machine, damaged component, nameplate, part number, instrument display, warning code, leakage, or unusual operation. LANDWARD will review the information, request additional checks when necessary, and confirm whether the claim is covered before arranging a replacement part.
SEPARATE SUPPORT FOR BRANDED ENGINES
Some LANDWARD excavators use engines from manufacturers such as Kubota or Yanmar. Eligible engines may receive separate warranty and service support through the engine manufacturer’s authorized network. Coverage, duration, registration, service location, maintenance requirements, documents, and claim decisions are determined by the engine manufacturer and applicable local policy. Keep the engine model, serial number, purchase documents, and maintenance records. LANDWARD can help identify the engine information and available support route.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The standard warranty does not cover normal wear or consumables such as oils, coolant, filters, grease, belts, fuses, bulbs, bucket teeth, or cutting edges. It also excludes damage caused by improper operation, insufficient maintenance, incorrect fuel or fluids, overloading, unsuitable attachments, accidents, transport damage, unauthorized repair or modification, corrosion, water, fire, natural events, or continued operation after a fault appears.
KEEP YOUR WARRANTY RECORDS
Keep the purchase document, delivery record, machine and engine serial numbers, operating-hour records, maintenance history, fluid and filter replacement records, repair records, and failure photos or videos. Complete records help the technical team review the claim efficiently. Missing information may delay the review or affect warranty eligibility.
